Today I tried something new. My neighbor gave me a recipe for zucchini flowers stuffed with herb yogurt. Together with the olive oil from our olive groves, it tasted delicious and was very easy to prepare. It is often the simple pleasures that make life beautiful!
Ingredients (for 4 people):
3-4 medium-sized zucchini flowers per person
For the filling

500g Greek yogurt
50ml Avramidis olive oil 100 years
1 onion
1 garlic clove
some parsley and basil
Salt
pepper
150g feta cheese
Chop the onion, garlic clove, parsley and basil and mix with the olive oil and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. Now fill the washed flowers with the herb yoghurt and cook in the pan at medium heat. Finally, sprinkle the feta cheese over the zucchini flowers in the pan and melt briefly with the pan closed.
