Our honey is created far away from industrial agriculture — among pine forests, wild herbs, and the sunlit hills of Ikaria.
Here, people and nature still follow a slower rhythm.
The bees gather their nectar where thyme, heather, and wild blossoms shape the scent of the island.

But left close to nature — like life
on Ikaria itself.
