How it all began
It happened all by itself.
Some of our customers gradually stopped ordering just for themselves. A bottle of olive oil for their mother. A jar of honey for a friend. The herbs for a colleague who had asked — what is this place, this Ikaria?
Without any plan on our part, these people carried our products further. Into other kitchens, to other tables, into other lives.
In Greece, there is a word for this: Parea. It describes the circle of people with whom you share. Not because you have to. But because something good is too beautiful to keep to yourself.
