Even as a child, he knew that one day he wanted to become a farmer.
Not out of obligation — but out of a deep sense of connection.
​When he took over his grandfather’s farm,
he didn’t just inherit land, but responsibility.
And the decision to truly follow this path.

It is his first harvest.

Auf unserer Familienfarm in Nordgriechenland wachsen Olivenbäume, die Alexandros seit seiner Kindheit kennt. Er erntet ihre Früchte nicht früher, nicht später – sondern genau dann, wenn der Moment stimmt.

Jede Olive wird von Hand gepflückt. Man spürt dabei, ob sie bereit ist.

Innerhalb weniger Stunden werden sie kalt gepresst – bevor die Luft, die Zeit oder Maschinen etwas verändern können.
