What these works are
These works arise from moments on Ikaria: the light by the sea, the stillness beneath olive trees,
blossoms moving in the wind. They are not depictions of the island, but condensations of its atmosphere –
quiet, reduced, and timeless.
Each image is connected with an ancient Greek word such as Eirēnē (peace), Harmonía (harmony), or Galínē (serenity). These words are not titles in the conventional sense. They open a space of resonance –
between image, meaning, and personal perception.
