 The photo was taken in the port of Evdilos , a small town that is particularly vibrant in summer, when ships dock and bring visitors to the island. These ships are the lifeline of Ikaria—they connect the island to the world and bring what is essential to life.
 The image is an invitation to be grateful for the abundance that life gives us and for the moments that make it rich.
